This was one of my first series. Simply put, it’s those moments when we feel we are not being present in our daily lives. Our minds are in the past or in the future. There is a detached feeling in these moments. In hindsight, I see that I had been living this way for about two decades. Sometimes I still do. A wonderful friend once told me, that the important thing is to keep being mindful by watching your thoughts, and keep bringing yourself back to the present.
